Senior Pastor
Pastor Roger began serving Faith in 2005. He holds a BA in Theological Studies from Concordia University, Irvine, and a Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary St Louis, and joined faith directly after Seminary. He and his wife Autumn have been married more than 20 years and they have two children. His outgoing, gregarious personality makes him very approachable to everyone and he is best known for his friendly hugs and making everything “Awesome.”
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Steve began serving Faith in 1995. He holds a BA from Concordia University, Portland, and a Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary St Louis, and is a retired US Navy Chaplain. He and his wife Becky have been married more than 40 years and they have two adult sons. Coming back in 2025, he will lead Living Way, a comprehensive Bible Study each Thursday during the school year. He retired from full time ministry in 2024.
Music Director
As our Music Director, Pat is responsible for all worship music including the leadership of both our Vocal Choir and our Hand bell Choir. As an accomplished musician she serves as our organist and/or pianist on Sundays and other special services. She also works to integrate soloists, and musical ensembles into our services. A long time member and music director, she is approaching fifty years of service sharing her musical talents with Faith Lutheran. Office Manager
During the week, Danielle is the joyful face and voice to all who enter or telephone the church. As the Office Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church and her responsibilities include the preparation of the weekly service bulletins, monthly newsletters, supporting the preschool, and special events, among many other duties. As a long time church member, she has extensive knowledge of the history of our congregation, its members and the community at large and is therefore invaluable in providing assistance and/or direction when needed.
